Since its inception at the turn of the Millennium, The Hani Qaddumi Scholarship Foundation (HQSF) has championed the cause of a helping Palestine prosper as a nation through the education of its youth. HQSF has been supporting hundreds of bright young Palestinian students through scholarships to study at some of the world’s best educational institutions.

In 2017, HQSF approached SYNTAX with the intention of expanding their strategy to go beyond scholarships and encompass the Palestinian education ecosystem at large. Thus, Khutwa became the first step the foundation took towards a holistic approach to education.
